The government of Henan Province recently issued the Measures of Henan Province for the Administration of Expenses for Provincial-Level Meetings.

The Measures classify all provincial-level meetings into four categories and cap attendance for each category. In addition, the Measures further strengthen and regulate the administration of expenses for provincial-level meetings and streamline meeting organization.
