The State Council recently issued the Decision on Amending Some Administrative Regulations.
The Decision deletes provisions related to the approval of production and business operation activities conducted by enterprises, the determination of qualifications to participate in an industry, and approval for the establishment of enterprises or public institutions. In addition, the Decision specifies the implementing bodies for projects for which examination and approval powers have been delegated to a lower level as well as increases the number of interim and ex post regulatory measures.
The Decision went into force on the date issued.
