BEIJING, Oct. 17 -- Liu Mancang, former vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of central China's Henan Province, is under investigation by the country's top anti-graft body for suspected severe violations of Party discipline and laws.
Liu, also former deputy secretary of the leading Party members group of the standing committee, is currently under investigation by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision.
