The Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Department of Supervision and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province jointly issued the Interim Provisions on the Execution of Punishment Decisions under the Party Disciplines and Government Disciplines. The Provisions further clarify the relevant departments' duties in the execution of punishment decisions, the service and announcement of punishment decisions, the post level and treatment of the punished persons, filing and archiving, and disciplinary liability.
