The Supreme People's Court recently issued the Implementation Opinions on Fulfillment of Supervisory Responsibilities of the Disciplinary Inspection Department of a People's Court.

The Implementation Opinions call for investigation and punishment of anyone who obtains ill-gotten gains by taking advantage of the unspoken rules in the judicial context and any court officer who goes between the judge and the parties in a legal proceeding so as to effectively prevent relationships and money from affecting the outcome of a lawsuit.
