The Central People's Government website forwarded the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Innovating Investment and Financing Mechanisms in Key Fields to Encourage Social Investments.
Pursuant to the Opinions, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the National Development and Reform Commission will issue policies to vigorously promote third-party pollution control at the end of 2014.
