The Legislative Office of the State Council issued on December 17 the Measures for the Administration of Food and Drug Complaints and Reports (Draft for Comment) to solicit public opinions.
The draft proposes to encourage real-name complaint and report; strictly prohibit disclosure of reporter's relevant information; handle complaints and reports by categories; and designate food and drug complaint and report authority as the sole government agency to accept food and drug complaints and reports.
