The State Council recently released the Opinions on Guiding the Healthy Development of the Rural Property Rights Circulation Market.
The Opinions stress that the circulation and trading of rural property rights shall focus onfarmers' contracted landoperation rights and collectively owned forest land operation rights, but shall exclude rural collectively owned land rights and contracting rights of collectively owned land obtained by households in accordance with laws.
