On February 26, the Supreme People's Court released the Judicial Interpretation on Several Issues concerning the Application of Law in Handling of Cases on Conduct Preservation regarding Disputes over Intellectual Property and/or Competition (Draft for Comment) for public comments. Pursuant to the Draft, parties to disputes over intellectual property and/or competition, before the effective date of a judgment or an arbitration award, may request a people's court to take conduct preservation measures, namely, ordering the respondent to perform a specific act or prohibiting him from doing a specific act. Comments on the Draft shall be submitted by or before March 30, 2015.
