|
The Navigable Channel Law of the People's Republic of China is to go to effect on March 1.
Pursuant to the Law, any project related to navigable channels may not start the construction until it has gone through assessment of the impact on the navigation conditions of water-routes at the project feasibility study phase and obtained approval by competent transport administrative authorities or navigation channel administrative authorities.
