The National Energy Administration (NEA) recently issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Scientific Development of the Coal Industry.
The Opinions further clarify the guiding ideology and basic principles of the coal industry development of China in the new normal of economy development. In addition, the Opinions propose ten specific suggestions on optimizing the layout of coal exploitation, adjusting the coal industrial structure and strengthening the planning and management of coal.
