The Civil Aviation Administration of China recently issued the Several Opinions on Strengthening the Rule of Law Construction regarding Civil Aviation.
The Opinions require improving the dispute prevention mechanism, regulating the air transportation safety passenger blacklist system according to laws and regulations, and clear stipulation on causes, condition verification and handling procedures regarding passenger blacklists. In addition, the Opinions also require the improvement of the emergency service system, enhancement of the aviation service quality supervision, improvement of the complaint handling mechanism as well as improvement of the administrative review system for civil aviation.
