The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture recently released the Guiding Opinions on Adjusting and Improving Three Agricultural Subsidy Policies.
Pursuant to the Opinions, in view of the recent falling of prices of the agricultural production materials such as fertilizer and diesel oil, all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities under separate state planning shall allocate 20% of the comprehensive agricultural production material subsidies early released by the Central Treasury, together with the pilot subsidy to large grain-planting households and the increment part of the “three agricultural subsidies”, to support appropriate grain production scale.
