The People's Bank of China (PBC) issued the Announcement on Adjusting Relevant Policies on the Administration of Bond Trading in the Interbank Bond Market. The Announcement specifies that all types of bonds can be traded in the interbank bond market upon establishment of the debtor-creditor relationship and completion of proper registration, and the PBC will no longer examine and approve such trading. In addition, the interbank lending center shall, upon receipt of complete required information about trading of a bond, complete the formalities for the bond trading within one working day, comparing the previous time-limit of examination and approval to be completed within twenty days.
