Endorsed by Premier Li Keqiang, the State Council recently approved the Outline Program for the Cooperation and Development of Bohai Rim.
The Outline sets 6 major tasks in connection with the cooperation and development of Bohai Rim including expediting the construction of major cross-regional infrastructures, strengthening the joint effort for the ecological environment protection, advancing the linkage and cooperation among industries, building a new pattern of open economy, improving the unified market system and coordinating the development of urban and rural areas.
