The State Council recently issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Support Platform for Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
The Guiding Opinions set forth 13 key tasks such as promoting the business startups by general public with full scale, rolling out crowd out-sourcing, deploying popular support from all walks of life and steadily developing the crowd funding; and put forward 17 policy measures from the following aspects: creating a relax development space, building up a solid healthy development basis, shaping a self-discipline development mechanism and establishing a sustainable development environment.
