The Supreme People's Procuratorate recently issued the Several Opinions on Improving the Judicial Accountability System for People's Prucuratorates.
The Opinions define the respective duties of procuratorial personnel at various positions including chief procurators, procurators, procurate bench leaders as well as business reform department heads. As to the investigation and determination of the judicial accountability, the Opinions define the types and standards of the judicial accountability, scientifically allocate the judicial accountability and improve the accountability investigation process.
