Recently, the Regulation of Hainan Free Trade Port on Optimizing the Business Environment, the Provisions of Hainan Free Trade Port on Anti-Fraud during Consumption, the Regulation of Hainan Free Trade Port on Fair Competition, and the Regulations of Hainan Free Trade Port on Social Credit were adopted at the 30th Session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Hainan Province.
With a total of 39 articles, the Regulation of Hainan Free Trade Port on Optimizing the Business Environment intends to create a business environment with governed-by-law, internationalization and convenience, focus on the obstacles in building the Hainan's business environment, and makes regulations in terms of optimizing the market environment, government affairs environment and legal environment, among others.
Consisting of 19 articles, the Provisions of Hainan Free Trade Port on Anti-Fraud during Consumption, punishes typical consumption frauds currently existing in Hainan by classification and level, especially the behaviors of bullying and deceiving customers in the tourism consumption market.
The Regulation of Hainan Free Trade Port on Fair Competition, containing 35 articles, promotes the fair competition system and integrates with innovation in terms of international cooperation, competition policy, fair competition review, and investigation and supervision, and so on.
The 37 articles of the Regulations of Hainan Free Trade Port on Social Credit, as a basic regulation for the construction of a free trade port credit system, further standardize the administration of social credit information, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of credit subjects, and accelerate the construction of a social credit system.
