BEIJING, Sept. 7 -- Zheng Xuelin, the former chief judge of the No. 1 Civil Adjudication Tribunal of China's Supreme People's Court, is under probe for suspected severe violations of Party discipline and laws, an official statement said Thursday.
Zheng is being investigated by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision, according to the statement.
