| On May 30, 2003, in accordance with Anti-dumping Regulations of People's Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement to start anti-dumping investigation on imported Chloroform originating from EU, ROK, US and India. During the investigation, Ministry of Commerce signed a Price Commitment Protocol with 5 companies, including Vulcan Materials Company, which took effect as of November 30, 2004. | | 根據《中華人民共和國反傾銷條例》的規定，商務部于2003年5月30日發布公告，決定對原產于歐盟、韓國、美國、印度的進口三氯甲烷進行反傾銷調查。在調查期間內，商務部依法與美國瓦爾坎材料公司（Vulcan Materials Company）等5家企業簽署了價格承諾協議，並于2004年11月30日起生效。同日，商務部公布了本次反傾銷案的最終裁定及反傾銷稅的征收事宜。 |
On July 7, 2005, Vulcan Materials Company submitted to Ministry of Commerce an application on Vulcan Materials Company' decision to transfer the Rights and Obligations of Chloroform Price Commitment Protocol to Basic Chemicals Company, LLC.
