| Article 1 These Standards are developed for the purpose of ensuring the authenticity, legality and scientificity of advertisements on veterinary drugs. | | 第一條 為了保證獸藥廣告的真實、合法、科學，制定本標准。 |
| Article 2 The publishing of advertisements on veterinary drugs shall comply with the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Advertising Law) and the relevant provisions of the state on the administration of veterinary drugs. | | 第二條 發布獸藥廣告，應當遵守《中華人民共和國廣告法》（以下簡稱《廣告法》）及國家有關獸藥管理的規定。 |
| Article 3 No advertisement shall be published for the following veterinary drugs: | | 第三條 下列獸藥不得發布廣告： |
| (1) Any narcotic drug for veterinary use, psychotropic drug or veterinary preparation made by a veterinary medical entity. | | （一）獸用麻醉藥品、精神藥品以及獸醫醫療單位配制的獸藥制劑； |
| (2) Any veterinary drug with ingredients whose category, content or name fails to conform to the national standards for this veterinary drug. | | （二）所含成分的種類、含量、名稱與獸藥國家標准不符的獸藥； |
