| The amendments to Annex II (cargo residues and tank washings of persistent floating products) to the Protocol of 1978 Relating to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the “ MARPOL”), the amendments to the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk (amendments to Chapters 1, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 and 21), and the amendments to the Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk (“BCH Code”) (special, operational and minimum requirements) were adopted at the 74th session of the Maritime Environment Protection Committee of the International Maritime Organization by Resolution MEPC.315 (74), Resolution MEPC.318 (74) and Resolution MEPC.319 (74), respectively. | | 國際海事組織海上環境保護委員會第74屆會議以第MEPC.315（74）號決議通過了《＜1973年國際防止船舶造成汙染公約＞1978年議定書》（以下簡稱《防汙公約》）附則II修正案（持久漂浮物的貨物殘余物和洗艙水），以第MEPC.318（74）號決議通過了《國際散裝運輸危險化學品船舶構造和設備規則》修正案（第一、十五、十六、十七、十八、十九和二十一章修正案），並以第MEPC.319（74）號決議通過了《散裝運輸危險化學品船舶構造和設備規則》（《散化規則》）修正案（特殊、操作和最低要求）。 |
