It filed an administrative lawsuit on the ground that the Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of [REDACTED] City (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau") and [REDACTED] Big Data Center of [REDACTED] City illegally set up and implemented the shared e-bike franchise in the City, which constituted exclusion or restriction of competition by abusing administrative power, and requested that the alleged specific administrative act should be revoked. The court of first instance ruled to dismiss the claim of Qing[REDACTED] Company.
