It filed an administrative lawsuit on the ground that the Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of [REDACTED] City (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau") and [REDACTED] Big Data Center of [REDACTED] City illegally set up and implemented the shared e-bike franchise in the City, which constituted exclusion or restriction of competition by abusing administrative power, and requested that the alleged specific administrative act should be revoked.
