In particular, the trademark [REDACTED] has been identified as a well-known trademark on lubricant products. In March 2025, [REDACTED] Automotive Parts Trading Company was given an administrative penalty for selling counterfeit products that infringed on the registered trademark rights of [REDACTED] Company. [REDACTED] Company deemed that [REDACTED] Automotive Parts Trading Company's sale of lubricant products with counterfeit registered trademarks of [REDACTED] Company constituted an infringement on trademark rights. For the purpose of preventing the foreign company from omitting key facts and claims due to unfamiliarity with the Chinese law, the litigation service officer guided the agent ad litem in downloading the model text of a complaint for a dispute over infringement on trademark rights from the platform "People's Court Online Service"and preparing the complaint materials according to the elements and evidence list as specified in the model text. [REDACTED] Company filled out the model text of a complaint and submitted evidentiary materials such as evidence on the trademark ownership and popularity and the administrative penalty decision as prompted in the evidence list.
