(No. 6 [2010] of the State Council)
The people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government; all ministries and commissions of the State Council and all institutions directly under the State Council:
To implement the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and effectively strengthen the leadership of food safety work, the Food Safety Committee of the State Council has been established as a high-level deliberation and coordination institution for the food safety work of the State Council. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows:
