Article 1
This Regulation is formulated to encourage businessmen at home and abroad to actively participate in activities attracting businessmen and absorbing foreign funds in Yunnan Province, enlarge the scale of the use of foreign funds, stimulate the development of open economy, according to the Advice of Provincial Party's Committee and Provincial Government on Issues concerning better improvement of investment environment, enlarge openness and fully Implement the West Exploration Policy,.
| | 第一条 为了鼓励国内外各界人士积极参与云南省的招商引资，进一步扩大全省利用外资规模，促进开放型经济的发展，根据《中共云南省委、云南省人民政府关于进一步改善投资环境，扩大开放，全面实施西部大开发战略的若干意见》，制定本规定。

Article 2
The Award Object stated in this regulation refers to citizens, legal person and other organizations (hereinafter called intermediary agencies) at home and abroad, who, upon the relevant departments' approval, successfully introduce foreign capital to Yunnan Province and establish foreign businessman invested enterprises
| | 第二条 为云南省成功引进外资并经有关管理部门批准设立外商投资企业的国内外公民、法人和其他组织（以下统称中介人），为本规定的奖励对象。

Article 3
Where investment is introduced in money, according to the proportion of the total amount of practically invested foreign funds, a one-time award shall be afforded. Therein，introduced foreign capital does not exceed 1 million dollars, according to 1 percent of practical invested capital, award shall be afforded. Where introduced foreign capital exceeds 1 million dollars, within the sphere of 10 million dollars, award shall be given according to 0.7 percent of the exceeding part. Where introduced foreign capital exceeds 10 million dollars, afford shall be given according to 0.5% of the exceeding part. Where introduced physical objects and intangible assets investment, afford shall be based on the sum of registered capital, according to the regulation in the proceeding clause after lawful appraisal by appraisal Institution and certification of registered capital by qualified accounting firms.
．．．．．． | | 第三条 对引进现金投资的，按照外资实际到位总额的一定比例一次性给予奖励。其中，引进外资１００万美元以内的，按照实际到位金额的１％给予奖励；引进外资超过１００万美元、在１０００万美元以内的，其超过部分按照０．７％给予奖励；引进外资超过１０００万美元的，其超过部分按照０．５％给予奖励。
引进实物和无形资产投资、经合法的评估机构评估和有资格的会计师事务所验资后，按照验资金额依照前款规定进行奖励。
