| For purposes of implementing the Several Provisions on the Shareholding Reduction by the Principal Shareholders, Directors, Supervisors, and Senior Executives of Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Shareholding Reduction Provisions”), regulating the shareholding reduction by the controlling shareholders and shareholders holding 5% or more shares (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “principal shareholders”) as well as directors, supervisors, and senior executives of listed companies, and specifying regulatory requirements, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) hereby notifies you of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为贯彻落实《上市公司大股东、董监高减持股份的若干规定》（以下简称“《减持规定》”），规范上市公司控股股东和持股5%以上股东（以下并称“大股东”）及董事、监事、高级经理人员（以下简称“董监高”）减持股份行为，明确具体监管要求，深圳证券交易所（以下简称“本所”）现就相关事项通知如下： |
| I. Beginning on January 9, 2016, the total number of shares sold by a principal shareholder of a listed company through auction on the stock exchange during any three consecutive months thereafter shall not exceed 1% of the total shares of the company. | | 一、自2016年1月9日起，上市公司大股东此后任意连续3个月内通过证券交易所集中竞价交易减持股份的总数，不得超过公司股份总数的1%。 |
