| For the purpose of implementing the requirements of the Counterterrorism Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Domain Names, and other laws, regulations and rules, and further regulating the use of domain names in Internet information services, you are hereby notified of relevant matters as follows: | | 為貫徹落實《中華人民共和國反恐怖主義法》《中華人民共和國網絡安全法》《互聯網信息服務管理辦法》《互聯網域名管理辦法》等法律法規和規章的要求，進一步規範互聯網信息服務域名使用，現就有關事項通知如下： |
| I. A domain name used by an Internet information service provider in the provision of Internet information services shall be registered and owned by itself in accordance with laws and regulations. | | 一、互聯網信息服務提供者從事互聯網信息服務使用的域名應為其依法依規注冊所有。 |
| (1) Where an individual provides Internet information services, the registrant of the domain name shall be the individual providing Internet information services. | | （一）個人從事互聯網信息服務的，域名注冊者應為互聯網信息服務者本人。 |
