| It has been decided upon deliberation that the relevant departments (entities) directly under the provincial government should delegate or authorize the Administration Committee of Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, the Administration Committee of Chengdu Tianfu New Area, the People's Government of Shuangliu District, Chengdu, the People's Government of Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu and the Administration Committee of South Sichuan Port Area of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone to implement 33 provincial-level administrative items. The items delegated shall come into force 30 days after the issuance of this decision, and shall be implemented by the undertaking entities. The authorized items shall be implemented after the relevant provincial departments (entities) have signed an administrative power of attorney with the undertaking entity. | | 经研究，决定由省直有关部门（单位）下放或委托成都高新区管委会、天府新区成都管委会、成都市双流区人民政府、成都市青白江区人民政府和中国（四川）自贸试验区川南临港片区管委会实施14项省级管理事项。下放事项自本决定公布之日起30日后生效，由承接主体实施；委托事项由省直有关部门（单位）与承接主体签订行政委托书后实施。 |
