| The National Bureau of Statistics announced on May 17, 2024, that the average annual pay for an urban employee in the non-private sector was 120, 698 yuan in 2023. Based on the formula provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for the calculation of average daily pay, the average daily pay is 462.44 yuan. In accordance with Article 33 of the State Compensation Law and Article 21 (2) of the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Handling of Cases Regarding Criminal Compensation, the people's procuratorates at all levels shall calculate the daily compensation for infringement upon a citizen's personal freedom as 462.44 yuan per day when making state compensation decisions from May 20, 2024. | | 国家统计局2024年5月17日公布，2023年全国城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为120698元。按照人力资源和社会保障部提供的日平均工资计算公式，日平均工资为462.44元。根据国家赔偿法第三十三条和《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理刑事赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第二十一条第二款规定，各级人民检察院自2024年5月20日起，作出国家赔偿决定时，对侵犯公民人身自由的赔偿金，按照每日462.44元计算。 |
