| For the purposes of supporting the construction of China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone and promoting the implementation of pilot policies for pilot free trade zones, as decided at the 15th Session of the Standing Committee of the Fourteenth National People's Congress: the State Council is authorized to temporarily adjust the application of relevant provisions of the Seed Law of the People's Republic of China (see the Annex for the catalogue) in China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone for five years from the date when this Decision comes into force. | | 为支持中国（新疆）自由贸易试验区建设，推动自由贸易试验区试点政策落地，第十四届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十五次会议决定：授权国务院在中国（新疆）自由贸易试验区暂时调整适用《中华人民共和国种子法》有关规定（目录附后），期限为五年，自本决定施行之日起算。 |
