| For the purpose of facilitating the further participation of qualified foreign institutional investors and RMB qualified foreign institutional investors (hereinafter referred to as “qualified foreign investors”) in the commodity futures and options trading on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “SHFE”), you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为便于合格境外机构投资者和人民币合格境外机构投资者（以下简称合格境外投资者）进一步参与上海期货交易所（以下简称上期所）商品期货、期权的交易，现将相关事项通知如下： |
| I. See the Annex for the list of banks that can engage in futures margin depository business for qualified foreign investors. | | 一、可以从事合格境外投资者的期货保证金存管业务的银行名单参见附件。 |
| II. Futures company members entrusted by qualified foreign investors with the commodity futures and options trading on the SHFE shall handle account opening formalities for qualified foreign investors in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Account Opening for Clients in the Futures Market and the Operational Guidelines on the Uniform Account Opening for Special Institutional Clients issued by the China Futures Market Monitoring Center, and effectively manage clients' trading privileges in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the Announcement on Expanding the Scope of Qualified Foreign Investors' Participation in Commodity Futures and Options Trading, among others. | | 二、期货公司会员接受合格境外投资者委托进行上期所商品期货、期权交易的，应当按照《期货市场客户开户管理规定》和中国期货市场监控中心《特殊单位客户统一开户业务操作指引》，为合格境外投资者办理开户手续，并严格按照《关于扩大合格境外投资者参与商品期货、期权交易范围的公告》等有关要求，做好客户交易权限的管理工作。 |
