| For the purpose of strengthening the administration of the commodities subject to tariff quota administration, trade relief measures, suspension of tariff concession obligations or imposition of additional tariffs, or imposition of additional tariffs to collect retaliatory duties (hereinafter collectively referred to as “four categories of measures”), among others, involved in the Yangshan Special Comprehensive Bonded Zone, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows in accordance with the requirements of the Announcement No. 83 [2025] of the General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Taxation Administration (Announcement on Adjusting Relevant Administration Measures for Processing Trade Within and Outside Areas under Special Customs Supervision and Supervised Bonded Places). | | 为加强洋山特殊综合保税区涉及实施关税配额管理，贸易救济措施，中止关税减让义务、加征关税措施，为征收报复性关税而实施加征关税措施（以下统称四类措施）等商品的管理，按照海关总署、国家发展改革委、财政部、农业农村部、商务部、税务总局公告2025年第83号（关于调整海关特殊监管区域、保税监管场所和区外加工贸易有关管理措施的公告）要求，现将有关事项公告如下： |
