| For the purpose of adapting to the revision of laws and regulations and market development and changes, China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (“CSDC”) has revised the Securities Registration and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement,” see Annex), which is hereby issued and will be put into formal use on September 30, 2025. You are hereby notified of the matters concerning the signing of the Agreement as follows: | | 为适应法律法规修订和市场发展变化，我公司修订了《证券登记及服务协议》（以下简称《协议》，见附件），现予以发布，自2025年9月30日起正式启用。现就《协议》签署事项通知如下： |
| I. A securities issuer or any other market participant that needs to sign the Agreement with CSDC is requested to, after reaching an agreement through consultation with CSDC on the application for CSDC's provision of relevant services, download and print the Agreement to be signed, enter the relevant information in the corresponding blanks on the main text of the Agreement and the signing statement page, affix the signature and seal thereto, and submit the complete Agreement that needs to be deposited with CSDC to the entity or department providing the relevant services of CSDC at the counter or by mail or other means. For a market participant such as a securities issuer that has signed the Agreement with CSDC, the originally signed Agreement remains valid, and there is no need to resign the revised Agreement. | | 一、需与我公司签署《协议》的证券发行人等市场主体，请就申请由我公司提供相关服务与我公司协商一致后，下载并打印所需签署的《协议》，在《协议》主文本及签署声明页需填注的相应空白处填妥相关内容并签字盖章后，将需交存至我公司的完整《协议》通过临柜或邮寄等方式提交至我公司具体提供相关服务的单位、部门。已与我公司签署过《协议》的证券发行人等市场主体，原签署《协议》仍然有效，无需重签修订后的《协议》。 |
