| For the purpose of further facilitating the filing of credit risk mitigation (CRM) instrument dealers in the interbank market, the NAFMII Investor Filing Service System has introduced a new CRM dealer module to improve filing efficiency by enabling online submission of materials. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为进一步便利银行间市场信用风险缓释工具（CRM）交易商备案，NAFMII投资者备案服务系统新增CRM交易商模块，通过线上提交材料提高备案效率。现将有关事项通知如下： |
| I. As of the date of issuance of this Notice, core dealers and general dealers of credit risk mitigation (CRM) instruments, as well as issuing institutions of credit risk mitigation warrants (CRMW) and credit-linked notes (CLN), that are subject to filing (collectively, “CRM dealers”), shall submit relevant information and materials to the Secretariat of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) via the NAFMII Investor Filing Service System (the “System”). The System is accessible at https://nafmii-filingservice.cfae.cn, and may also be accessed via the “Investor Filing Service System” icon under the “Comprehensive Platform Quick Access” section at the bottom of the homepage of NAFMII's official website. | | 一、自本通知发布之日起，备案CRM核心交易商、一般交易商、信用风险缓释凭证（CRMW）创设机构以及信用联结票据（CLN）创设机构（以下统称“CRM交易商”），应通过NAFMII投资者备案服务系统（以下简称“系统”）向交易商协会秘书处提交相关信息和材料。备案系统网址为https：//nafmii-filingservice.cfae.cn，也可通过点击交易商协会官网首页底部“综合平台快速入口”投资者备案服务系统图标访问。 |
