Opinions of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Issues concerning the Application of Law in the Handling of Criminal Cases of Commercial Briberies
For the purpose of punishing the crimes of commercial briberies, we hereby put forward the following opinions on the issues concerning the application of law in the handling of criminal cases of commercial briberies according to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law and in consideration of the case-handling practice.

为依法惩治商业贿赂犯罪，根据刑法有关规定，结合办案工作实际，现就办理商业贿赂刑事案件适用法律的若干问题，提出如下意见：
