A Case about Trafficking in Drugs
BASIC FACTS
Defendants: Guan Hui, et al.In the summer of 2004, the defendant, Guan Hui, bought about 241.5 g of dancing outreach (700 tablets) in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province.
In August of the same year, Guan Hui instigated the defendant, Zhang Shaoping, to buy about 34.5 g of dancing outreach (100 tablets) and 113.2 g of Ketamine from “A Gui” (at large) in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Zhang Shaoping hid the drugs in a moon cake case and posted it to Chen Qi, girlfriend of Guan Hui. Then, Chen Qi transferred it to Guan Hui. From 2004 to 2005, Guan Hui bought a total of 138 g of dancing outreach (400 tablets) from “A Gui” in four times. “A Gui” hid the dancing outreach in microwave ovens and delivered them to Guan Hui through cargo freight companies.

被告人关辉等人贩卖毒品案

2004年夏，被告人关辉在黑龙江省黑河市购买摇头丸约241.5克（700粒）。
同年8月，被告人关辉指使被告人张少平到广东省珠海市从“阿贵”（在逃）处购买摇头丸约34.5克（100粒）、K粉约113.2克。张少平将毒品藏在月饼盒内邮寄给关辉的女友陈琦，由陈琦转交给关辉。2004至2005年间，关辉还从“阿贵”处分4次购买摇头丸共约138克（400粒）。“阿贵”将摇头丸藏在微波炉内通过货运公司发送给关辉。
2006年9月，被告人关辉与被告人曾宪民约定向曾宪民购买毒品。同月末，曾宪民在黑河市爱辉区陈琦的住处交给关辉冰毒约200克、麻古约145克（1 000粒）。
2005年，被告人关辉与被告人李菲约定向李菲购买毒品，李菲又向广州市的“春哥”（在逃）订购毒品。“春哥”将毒品藏在旅游鞋内通过货运公司发送至黑河市，关辉安排被告人张少平等人将毒品取回。2005年10月至2006年8月，关辉向李菲汇款共80余万元，购买冰毒约2 250克、摇头丸约1 035克（3 000粒）、麻古约174克（1 200粒）。2006年10月初，关辉多次同李菲联系购买1 000克冰毒。李菲向广州市的“阿宇”（在逃）订购冰毒。 “阿宇”将1 000克冰毒藏在旅游鞋内通过货运公司发送至黑河市。同月24日，张少平按照关辉的指使到黑河市建波配货站取毒品时被抓获，公安人员当场缴获冰毒995克。
