| After April 2020, ChenAA, for the purpose of making profit, purchased domain names and rented overseas servers to build the unauthorized website of meilishe.cc, gathered, via the CMS visual management system of Apple Inc., movies and TV series from zuidazy.org and other websites, and established links to meilishe.cc for public viewing. All the VIP movies,videos and movies in meilishe.cc were available only to viewers who had registered and logged on a member account, and the members had to purchase quarterly, yearly and timeless pre-paid cards for access.During the “clean internet” campaign the public security organ suspected Chen AA of an offense of violating copyrights, and had him transferred and filed for investigation, and in September the same year took him into custody. Investigations showed that ChenAA spread 1,187 works of movies and TV series authored by others, and the website of meilishe.cc recorded 29,724 registered members and 500,676 clicks. | | 自2020年4月开始，陈某某以营利为目的，通过购买域名、租用境外服务器，自行搭建魅力社网站，通过苹果CMS视频管理系统，从“最大资源网”等网站收集影视作品，链接到魅力社网站供公众观看。魅力社网站内的VIP电影、福利视频、福利电影等栏目影视作品，均需通过注册会员账号登录播放。会员购买充值卡分为包季、包年、包永久。公安机关在开展净网行动过程中发现陈某某涉嫌侵犯著作权罪移送立案侦查，并于同年9月抓获陈某某。经鉴定，陈某某传播他人影视作品共计1187部，魅力社网站注册会员29724个，点击量500676次。 |
