| | 2021年12月至2023年2月，李某伟、刘某、张某利等5人未经注册商标所有人中国贵州茅台酒厂（集团）有限责任公司（以下简称茅台集团）许可，在贵州省仁怀市租用库房，包装生产假冒茅台集团注册商标系列白酒对外销售，且部分产品标注有“世博会专供酒”“茅台内供酒”“股东专用酒”等字样。 |
| | 2022年7月至2023年2月，李某伟还从刘某、祁某龙等人处购买假冒茅台集团注册商标的白酒对外销售。陈某明知李某伟销售假冒注册商标的白酒，仍帮助其对外发货销售。李某伟、刘某等7人的非法经营数额为人民币10.2万余元至148.5万余元不等。罗某向李某伟等人销售非法制造的假冒茅台集团注册商标标识的包装材料，非法经营数额人民币26.6万余元。 |

| | 2023年1月10日，山东省枣庄市公安局峄城分局（以下简称峄城公安分局）接群众举报后对本案立案侦查。山东省枣庄市峄城区人民检察院（以下简称峄城区检察院）经公安机关商请启动重大疑难案件听取意见机制，就案件定性、假冒商品数量、非法经营数额、假冒商标鉴别等方面提出侦查取证意见，建议公安机关深挖上下游关联犯罪线索，对提供假冒白酒包材、帮助运输寄递以及下游销售假酒等人员进行全链条打击。2023年4月5日、7月5日，峄城区检察院以假冒注册商标罪、销售假冒注册商标的商品罪、销售非法制造的注册商标标识罪依法先后对李某伟、刘某、张某利和罗某批准逮捕。 |
