[Case Summary] Article 33 of China's Civil Procedure Law provides for the issue of exclusive jurisdiction categorizing it into three specific circumstances: firstly a lawsuit involving real estate disputes is subject to the jurisdiction of the people's court at the place where the real estate is located; secondly a lawsuit involving disputes over harbor operations is subject to the jurisdiction of the people's court at the place where the harbor is located; thirdly a lawsuit involving inheritance disputes is subject to the jurisdiction of the people's court at the place of the domicile of the deceased upon death or at the place where the major part of the estate is located. The Civil Procedure Law is a private law on procedure stressing the autonomy of will which allows the parties to select a court for settling dispute.  中航技公司、重庆峻景公司、重庆万滨公司、重庆云岭公司以重庆佰富公司、佰富投资公司、佰富集团公司为被告向一审法院重庆市高级人民法院提起诉讼,请求判令重庆佰富公司、佰富集团公司和佰富投资公司承担如下法律责任:1、支付代垫高压线迁移费用1300万元人民币(以下币种同)并支付高压线延期迁移违约金5400万元;2、履行交付南、北两地块义务并支付延期交付违约金51500万元;3、支付代垫费用700万元及代支补贴款400万元;4、移交重庆佰富高尔夫球场的经营管理权并支付延期交付违约金10000万元;5、支付延期交付宏帆路违约金3180万元;6、开具合法、有效、可计入项目成本的发票15225.69万元;7、承担本案的诉讼费用。
