| From June 1994 to December 2008, criminal Zhang Songjian, male and original Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, successively took offices as the Deputy Chief Executive, Chief Executive, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Nanjiao District, Chuzhou City, and the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Mingguang City. In May 2011, he was sentenced to life imprisonment with deprival of political rights for life and confiscation of all his personal property for the crime of taking bribes, and 4.283 million yuan in cash and shopping cards worth 70,800 yuan obtained in the bribe-taking were to be recovered. After the judgment came into force, he was committed to the execution organ for the execution of his sentence. In November 2014, the execution organ, Chaohu Prison of Anhui Province raised a proposal for commutation to the Higher People's Court of Anhui Province. After placing the case on file, the Higher People's Court of Anhui Province issued the written proposal for commutation and other materials to the public on the Internet and on December 4 of the same year, it tried the case in Chaohu Prison and invited deputies to the people's congress of Chaohu City to observe the court trial. | | 罪犯张松坚。因犯受贿罪于2011年5月被判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产，受贿所得现金428.3万元、购物卡7.08万元予以追缴。判决生效后交付执行。2014年11月，执行机关安徽省巢湖监狱向安徽省高级人民法院提出减刑建议，该院立案后将减刑建议书等材料通过互联网向社会公示，同年12月4日在巢湖监狱公开开庭审理本案，并邀请市人大代表旁听庭审。 |
