| Defendant Shi Chao, male, Miao nationality, born on November 28, 1989, jobless. | | 被告人石超。 |
| On the evening of May 7, 2011, Defendant Shi Chao and his girlfriend Liao Qiufeng (victim, 21 years old at that time), et al. went to a bar in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province for drinks and during this period, Shi Chao took ketamine. Around 03:00 of the following day, Shi Chao went to the rented domicile of his friend You Yinbo (victim, male, 21 years old at the time of death) to have a chat, and called Liao Qiufeng who has returned to her domicile and asked her to go to You Yinbo's domicile. Afterwards, Yi Yufang (victim, 20 years old at the time of death), You Yinbo's girlfriend, prepared to have rest and required Shi Chao to leave. Shi Chao came into conflicts with Yi Yufang. Shi Chao slapped Yi Yufang once, picked up a kitchen knife on the table in the room, and beat the head of Yi Yufang with the back of the knife blade. Seeing this, You Yinbo scolded Shi Chao and Shi Chao then slashed both You Yinbo and Yi Yufang, which caused their deaths due to massive bleeding. During this period, Liao Qiufeng dissuaded Shi Chao and Shi Chao also slashed her with the kitchen knife for multiple times, which caused her minor injury. | | 2011年5月7日晚，被告人石超与女友廖秋凤（被害人，时年21岁。） 等人 在广东省中山市一酒吧喝酒，其间石超吸食氯胺酮。次日3时许，石超到朋友游印波（被害人。）的租住处聊天，并打电话让已回住处的廖秋凤前往。后因游印波的女友易玉芳（被害人，殁年20岁。）准备休息要求石超离开，石超与易玉芳发生争执。石超打了易玉芳一巴掌，并拿起房间桌上的菜刀，用刀背击打易玉芳头部。游印波见状上前责骂石超，石超又持菜刀先后砍击游印波、易玉芳，致二人大失血死亡。其间，廖秋凤出言劝阻，亦被石超持菜刀砍击数次，受轻伤。 |
