| Defendant: Zhang Jinyong, male, born on August 26, 1975, Han ethnicity, individual peddler without a certificate | | 被告人张进勇。 |
| From March 2010, defendant Zhang Jinyong, without undergoing industrial and commercial registration formalities and obtaining the food hygiene license, processed and produced raw skewered chicken at his temporary residence in Jinhui County, Fengxian District, Shanghai Municipality and sold them for profits. During the course of processing and production, Zhang Jinrong, knowing that the use of sodium nitrite, as the food addictive, must be restricted (the maximum amount is 0.15g/kg), added excessive sodium nitrite when producing raw skewered chicken, and sold them to the individual peddler Xu Haiping (handled in another case) for many times. On March 8, 2011, Xu Haiping fried raw skewered chicken purchased from Zhang Jinyong and sold them outside the farmer's market at the West Street, Jinhui County, Fengxian District, and four children had nitrite (the major ingredient was sodium nitrite) poisoning syndrome after eating them, and were hospitalized. Upon identification, the nitrite content in the raw skewered chicken detained from defendants Zhang Jinyong and Xu Haiping greatly exceeded the national standard limit. | | 自2010年3月起，被告人张进勇在未经工商登记和未取得食品卫生许可的情况下，在其位于上海市奉贤区金汇镇的暂住处加工生产生鸡肉串并销售牟利。在加工生产过程中，张进勇明知作为食品添加剂的亚硝酸钠必须限量使用（最大限量值为0.15g/kg）的情况下，仍在生鸡肉串制作过程中过量添加，后多次销售给个体商贩许海萍（另案处理）。2011年3月8日，许海萍在奉贤区金汇镇西街农贸市场外将从张进勇处购买的生鸡肉串炸熟后出售，四名儿童食用后出现亚硝酸盐（主要成分系亚硝酸钠）中毒症状并住院治疗。后经鉴定，从被告人张进勇及许海萍处查扣的生鸡肉串中亚硝酸盐含量严重超出国家标准限量。 |
