| | 美心公司于1956年成立于香港，经营范围包括西饼、餐饮等。1988年8月15日，美心公司受让取得第185943号“美心+MEIXIN及图形”商标（因未续展，该注册商标专用权自2003年7月5日起失效）。1997年5月7日，国家商标局核准美心公司在第30类上注册“美心”文字商标，并同时颁发了第999786号、第999787号、第999788号、第999822号、第999724号商标注册证，各注册证上的商标均为“美心”文字商标，只是文字字体不同，核定使用商品亦相同，均包括“面包、糕点、月饼、点心、茶、咖啡”等。2004年10月起，美心公司陆续独资成立美心西饼（广州）有限公司、美心食品（广州）有限公司及美心食品（深圳）有限公司，经营西饼、面包、糕点等。自2005年2月起，美心公司陆续在广州、佛山设立了40余家分店。“美心”商标在香港有相当高的知名度。 |
