| To effectively implement requirements for the simplification of administrative procedures and delegation of powers to lower levels, and further promote the transformation of government functions, after the Ministry of Transport communicated and coordinated with the General Administration of Customs (“GAC”), the GAC issued the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Adjustments to the Pilot Program of Transporting Containers for Domestic and Foreign Trade on the Same Vessels and Carrying Goods Subject to Customs Transit by International Navigation Vessels of Chinese Nationality (No. 44 [2014]) on June 17, 2014, in which the relevant recordation requirements for the transportation of containers for domestic and foreign trade on the same vessel and the carriage of goods subject to customs transit by international navigation vessels of Chinese nationality and the handling procedures thereof are adjusted. | | 为贯彻简政放权要求，进一步推动政府职能转变，我部与海关总署进行沟通协调后，海关总署已于2014年6月17日发布《海关总署关于调整内外贸同船运输以及中国籍国际航行船舶承运转关运输货物试点工作的公告》（2014年第44号），对内外贸同船运输以及中国籍国际航行船舶承运转关运输货物相关备案要求及办理程序进行了调整。 |
