| Announcement on Relieving Google of Certain Obligations in the Case on Google's Acquisition of Motorola | | 关于解除谷歌收购摩托罗拉案部分义务的公告 |
| On December 1, 2014, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Ministry of Commerce”) received an application filed by Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”) for confirming relieving Google of the obligation (2) of the Announcement No. 25 [2012] of the Ministry of Commerce. Upon review, the Ministry of Commerce has decided to approve the application of Google. An announcement is hereby made as follows: | | 2014年12月1日，中华人民共和国商务部（以下简称商务部）收到谷歌公司（以下简称谷歌）关于确认解除商务部2012年第25号公告第（二）项义务的申请。经审查，商务部决定同意谷歌的申请，现公告如下： |

| On May 19, 2012, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. 25 [2012] of the Ministry of Commerce, conditionally approving Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”)'s acquisition of Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Motorola Mobility”), and required Google to fulfill the following obligations: | | 2012年5月19日，商务部发布2012年第25号公告，附条件批准谷歌收购摩托罗拉移动公司（以下简称摩托罗拉移动），要求谷歌履行如下义务： |
| (1) Google will continue its current commercial practice of providing a free and open Android platform. | | （一）谷歌将在免费和开放的基础上许可安卓平台，与目前的商业做法一致。 |
| (2) Google shall treat all original equipment manufacturers non-discriminatorily in terms of the Android platform. | | （二）谷歌应当在安卓平台方面以非歧视的方式对待所有原始设备制造商。 |
| (3) After this transaction, Google shall continue to fulfill the existing fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory (“FRAND”) obligations of Motorola Mobility regarding the latter's patents. | | （三）本次交易后，谷歌应当继续遵守摩托罗拉移动在摩托罗拉移动专利方面现有的公平、合理和非歧视（FRAND）义务。 |
