国家工商总局公布9起失信联合惩戒典型案例

商事制度改革以来，各地工商、市场监管部门积极协调有关部门，对被列入经营异常名录或具有其他违法失信行为的市场主体在银行贷款、政府采购、工程招投标、国有土地出让、授予荣誉称号等工作中，依法予以限制或者禁入。11月10日，国家工商总局公布了9起失信联合惩戒典型案例。

1.贵州省某实业公司因未按时上报2013、2014年度报告被列入经营异常名录。该企业到贵州某银行登记办理贷款过程中，被银行通过“贵州省企业诚信信息网”提供的相关信息查实到该情况，最终被限制银行贷款，直至2015年10月该公司补报了未报年份年度报告并申请移出经营异常名录后，银行才受理了该公司的贷款申请。

2.湖北省某商贸有限公司因未依照规定的期限公示2013、2014年度年报，被工商部门依法列入经营异常名录。该企业被列入经营异常名录后，在政府招投标项目中失去投标资格。

3.北京市房山区某生产型集团公司，年产值达几十亿元，去年因虚假宣传被工商部门立案查处，案件在企业信用信息公示系统公示。今年，该企业两次参与合同金额千万元以上的项目招标，因其存在失信记录，工商银行、农业银行、建设银行等金融机构均拒绝为其出具保函，导致公司竞标失败。
