Announcement on Issuing the Administrative Ruling on Commodity Classification for 2016 (III)		关于公布2016年商品归类行政裁定（Ⅲ）的公告
In accordance with the Interim Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Administrative Rulings (Order No. 92, GACC) and the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Commodity Classification of Import and Export Goods (Order No. 158, GACC), the Customs has accepted the application for administrative ruling on the classification of the commodity “ranolazine” filed by Guangzhou Nansha Lonza Co., Ltd. The administrative ruling on the classification of the relevant commodity is hereby issued (see Annex for details).		根据《中华人民共和国海关行政裁定管理暂行办法》（海关总署令第92号）和《中华人民共和国海关进出口货物商品归类管理规定》（海关总署令第158号），海关受理了广州南沙龙沙有限公司提交的商品名称为“雷诺嗪”的商品归类行政裁定申请。现将相关商品的归类行政裁定予以公布（详见附件）。
