| In accordance with the relevant provisions of the WorkingRules of the Review Board for Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings of Listed Companies of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (2014 Revision), as deliberated and decided at the Ninth Chairman's Executive Meeting of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) in 2016, the CSRC appoints the following 35 persons members of the Sixth Review Board for Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings of Listed Companies of the CSRC.
