| On May 10, 2005, the Ministry of Commerce issued the announcement No.23 of 2005, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on the imports of neoprene originated in Japan, the United States and the EU. The anti-dumping duty rate applicable to LANXESS Deutschland GmbH was 11%. | | 2005年5月10日，商务部发布2005年第23号公告，决定对原产于日本、美国和欧盟的进口氯丁橡胶征收反倾销税。其中，朗盛德国责任有限公司（LANXESSDeutschland GmbH）的反倾销税率为11%。 |
